
Marie-Josée Loiselle is the president of Nuno ID which she founded in 2003. She has been involved in economic development since 1996. Marie-Josée has developed investment attraction strategies for the US and Europe, presented business opportunities to Fortune 500, helped new ventures establish in Montreal and, headed economic missions in Canada, the US and Europe. Marie-Josée draws on her experiences, education, travels, learning, success and failures and uses them in current interventions to create sustainable client results. Marie-Josée is fluent in both English and French.
Prior to founding Nuno ID in 2003, Marie-Josée was part of the investment attraction team at Montréal International, in charge of the information technology and entertainment sectors in the United States, and also served as Business Development Director for Northern Europe. She developed a vast network of contacts in virtually all of the world's major business centres. Marie-Josée began her career at the Economic Development Office of the MUC (Montreal Urban Community) before joining ConjuChem, a California-based biotechnology company that set-up operation in Montréal. Part of the US management team, she contributed to operations, financing, and business development.
Marie-Josée is an avid equestrian and rides her horse (the historical "Canadian" breed) which she keeps in Hudson, Quebec.
Marie-Josée has a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Montréal and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the École Nationale d'Administration Publique (Université du Québec à Montréal).
